The legal and reputational crisis that has engulfed Super Retail Group, which owns retail chains Rebel Sport, Super Cheap Auto and BCF, is about to deepen.

Chanticleer can reveal the Australian Securities and Investments Commission is in the early stages of an investigation into several aspects of Super Retail’s battle with two former employees, who have launched Federal Court action against the company after making whistleblower complaints.
