Restrictions on the cards at Crown
An inquiry into the suitability of Crown Resorts to hold a gaming licence at Barangaroo in Sydney is not going well. It is hard not to see the company facing restrictions on its business.
Patricia Bergin's inquiry into the suitability of the Crown Resorts holding the Barangaroo gaming licence is likely to end with restrictions being attached to the company's operations.
Bergin, who has a formidable reputation in legal circles, was appointed by the Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority (ILGA) and has all the powers of a royal commissioner.
