Australia’s top investment bankers wield plenty of power in our relatively small capital markets and banking fishbowl, but few go offshore to test their wares in much larger markets and in much bigger banking teams.

One who stands out is David Livingstone, the former Australia head at both Credit Suisse and Citigroup last decade, and now a big shot on a global stage.
