Six banks have secured credit committee approval to help fund one of New Zealand's biggest ever M&A deals.
Street Talk understands Morrison & Co's Infratil and Canada's Brookfield finalised the debt funding for their joint $2.5 billion-odd bid for Vodafone NZ over the weekend, when the six lenders provided their respective credit committee approvals.
