Noni B profit rises fivefold after Pretty Girl acquisition

Noni B expects to turn around the loss-making brands it bought from rival Specialty Fashion Group by 2020 by deploying the same successful recipe it used to restore profitability in its core brand and the Pretty Girl Fashion Group.

Noni B chairman Richard Facioni and chief executive Scott Evans said the company had seen nothing unexpected since acquiring the five SFG brands – Millers, Katies, Crossroads, Autograph and Rivers – for $31 million last month.
