Embattled SurfStitch faces second class action

Online surf and skate wear retailer SurfStitch is facing its second class action from shareholders who lost money when its share price was wiped out by a series of profit downgrades and ill-advised acquisitions.
Vannin Capital, one of the largest litigation funders in the world, has engaged Sydney law firm Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan to file a $100 million class action claim against SurfStitch in the Queensland Supreme Court.
