Perpetual head of equities Paul Skamvougeras has accused Brickworks of failing to represent the views of minority shareholders after the company effectively blocked the election of Elizabeth Crouch to its board.
At the Brickworks annual general meeting on Tuesday Perpetual had its second attempt to nominate a Brickworks director frustrated after Ms Crouch was voted down.
