Former coal miner Nathan Tinkler apologises after being ruled bankrupt

Nathan Tinkler has apologised after being declared officially bankrupt.
Mr Tinkler did not appeal a court judgment this week over money owed from the sale of his private jet, and has been declared bankrupt as of February 9.
