Local consumers could see US giant Amazon's streaming service Prime Video in the market as early as next month, despite Australia's streaming wars claiming its first major casualty last week in Presto.

Amazon Prime is gearing up for the global launch of The Grand Tour on November 18 starring Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May. The former Top Gear hosts are incredibly popular in Australia and sold out live shows in Sydney and Melbourne last year.
