Macquarie Atlas Roads will change its name to Atlas Arteria after striking an agreement with the Macquarie Group to bring management in-house.
Macquarie will remain as the tollroad company's manager until mid-May 2019 during which it will appoint a new chief executive, expected to be appointed in the next six months, who will then recruit a new management team.
