Norton Rose Fulbright, Henry Davis York vote 'yes' for merger
Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright and local entity Henry Davis York will merge later this year after an "overwhelming majority" of partners voted in favour of combining the businesses.
A culmination of more than six months of on-again, off-again discussions, the decision to merge signals one of the most significant combinations the professional legal services market will have seen for four years. The merger will catapult the combined law firm into the top five in Australia by size.
