Origin Energy is set to be grilled at next month's annual shareholder meeting over the consent from traditional owners for drilling and fracking planned for the next few years at its vast unconventional gas resources in the Northern Territory.

One of several related resolutions put forward by the Australian Centre for Corporate Responsibility (ACCR) proposes a review of the process carried out by the company to obtain approval from those likely to be affected by drilling in its Beetaloo Basin licences.
