Steven Marshall and the Liberal Party win South Australian election

South Australian Liberal leader Steven Marshall has promised a "new dawn" for South Australia after his party won the state election and ended 16 years of Labor Government.
Labor leader Jay Weatherill, who has been Premier since 2011, conceded just before 10pm local time on Saturday night that Mr Marshall had secured victory. Labor had been in power since 2002.
