The troublesome Royal Adelaide Hospital services contract Downer EDI acquired as part of its Spotless takeover could be restructured by mid-May, according to the new South Australian government.
Spotless, which is majority-owned by Downer following a takeover last year, is part of the public-private partnership that built the $2.3 billion Royal Adelaide Hospital.
