Chinese conglomerate CITIC has appealed against a court ruling which delivered a royalties windfall to Clive Palmer in the latest twist in their dispute over Australia's biggest magnetite mine.
CITIC-owned entities had until Monday to appeal against a Supreme Court of Western Australia ruling over a disputed royalties stream from the Sino Iron project about 100 kilometres south-west of Karratha in the Pilbara.
