Frank Hargrave says Australia has come full circle in the 51 years since he set up the nation's first labour hire firm, and it's sad that Skilled Group is disappearing from the ASX at a time when outsourcing demand will soar again as companies look to cut costs in an economic downturn.
"In recessions and downturns people look to trim their costs," Mr Hargrave told Fairfax Media on Thursday.
