Blackmores profits keep jumping
The chief executive of vitamins maker Blackmores says she expects more regulatory changes in China but the business is now so well-entrenched with multiple routes to market that strong trading momentum will continue.
"It will change and evolve again," Christine Holgate said of the China regulations. She wouldn't comment specifically on the last few weeks of trading since changes were made in China to e-commerce regulations, but hinted that the business had continued to perform strongly.
