The banking royal commission has uncovered evidence that AMP reviewed 25 drafts of an expert report it commissioned from law firm Clayton Utz into the "fee for no advice" scandal.

The scandal has dominated the last few days of the commission as it probes an industry-wide practice for financial firms to charge clients ongoing service fees for advice that was never provided.
