Farrell calls Walker naive in QRxPharma battle

QRxPharma chairman Peter Farrell has slammed disgruntled shareholder Lang Walker as “naive" and claimed that Mr Walker’s attempt to spill the board is a takeover in disguise.

Mr Walker, the billionaire property developer who controls about 10 per cent of the company, has moved to eject Mr Farrell and QRxPharma founder Gary Pace from the company’s board. A shareholder vote will be held on July 9.
