What it's like to test supercars: the surreal life of a luxury motoring writer
Why do some motoring journalists travel more than travel writers? Or to put it another way, why would anyone fly to Spain to drive a car for just a few hours?
Because that's the way it works nowadays. I'm slightly embarrassed to admit that, in a series of lightning trips, this particular motoring writer has driven Aston Martins out of Tuscany, Rolls-Royces out of Vienna, Ferraris out of the South Tyrol and Maseratis out of Nice like a pen-wielding James Bond.
