By the time you read this, News Corp's Los Angeles headquarters will have been crawling with Antipodean newspaper editors for the better part of 24 hours.

The occasion? Rupert Murdoch's annual Drag 'Em In And Grill 'Em 'Til They Break management and team-building session. It's a chance for the wily ol' media mogul to do what he loves best: pull out the last few editions of the Aussie papers he owns, take a big, deep inhale of all that lovely ink and – in the presence of their editors – tear into them with a big red pen.
