Six members of Finks motorcycle gang arrested for attending funeral in club colours
Police have seized bikes and a gun in raids across the city’s north to arrest a group of bikies for allegedly gathering in gang colours at a funeral.

Six members of the Finks motorcycle gang have been arrested after gathering at a funeral last month and displaying club colours.
The six men attended a funeral on May 8 where they publicly wore vests sporting the gang’s colours and logo.
Police raided properties across the northern suburbs and Summertown on Thursday, charging each man with being present with two or more criminal association participants.
During the raids officers seized three Harley Davidson motorbikes, club colours and a sawn-off rifle.
A 45-year-old Penfield woman was also arrested and charged with trafficking in a controlled drug after methamphetamine was found at the address.
All seven have been bailed to appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court next month.
“Serious and Organised Crime Branch detectives will continue to actively pursue members of outlaw motor cycle gangs for breaches of the anti-association legislation and criminal offending,” Detective Acting Chief Inspector Minchenberg.
Those arrested include:
45-year-old from Elizabeth
41-year-old from Penfield Gardens
47-year-old from Parafield Gardens
41-year-old from Munno Para
37-year-old from Summertown
28-year-old from Andrews Farm
The arrests come a day after 11 members of the Descendants motorcycle gang were arrested following a brawl at a Blair Athol caryard.
Ten of the men were charged with aggravated affray and criminal association.
Christopher Platt was also charged with intentionally causing harm and threatening to caused harm.
