Traffic restrictions for a serious two-car crash on a busy SA highway have been lifted, while four people have been hospitalised.

Four people have been hospitalised after a serious crash along the Dukes Highway near Tailem Bend involving two vehicles.
Police and emergency services were called to the highway, near the Mallee Highway intersection after reports of the crash, just after 3.30pm on Thursday.
The four people sustained minor injuries during the collision and were taken to hospital for treatment.
There were heavy restrictions and diversions in place, however, the Dukes Hwy has since reopened.
During the incident, the vehicles were blocking the road with one of the vehicles believed to have crashed into a power pole, police say.
