Two men, 20 and 23, to appear in court over high speed street race in Elizabeth Vale
Two men have been stripped of their licenses after a battle of the Volkswagens ended with flashing lights.

Two young men will be summonsed to appear in court after their street racing antics brought them to the attention of police overnight.
At 8.20pm on Saturday, patrols spotted two Volkswagen Golf hatchbacks in a high speed street race along Main North Rd in Elizabeth Vale.
Police will allege the vehicles had reached speeds of 150km/h while weaving in and out of traffic.
One of the vehicles was stopped by police on Marleycombe Rd and the driver was spoken to.
The 20-year-old was reported for street racing and speed manner dangerous.
Not long after, patrols attended at the address of the second Golf’s registered owner and spoke to him.
The 23-year-old Salisbury Park man was also reported for street racing and speed manner dangerous.
Both men will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date, and their vehicles were impounded.
They were also issued a 12-month instant loss of license.
