Woman, 59, in wheelchair dies in Hayborough van crash
A woman, 59, has died and two other women injured after a disability transport van hit a tree near Victor Harbor.

An Adelaide woman in a wheelchair has died, and another two women injured, after a horror crash involving a disability transport van on the Fleurieu Peninsula.
The van, emblazoned with NDIS stickers, crashed into a tree at the intersection of Ocean Rd and Port Elliot Rd in Hayborough just after 4.30pm on Sunday.
Late on Sunday night, police revealed the woman, who was a wheelchair passenger in the van’s rear, died.
The unnamed woman, 59, of Daveron Park, in Adelaide’s outer north, had been rushed to the Flinders Medical Centre with critical injuries.
The woman’s death is the 60th life lost on SA roads this year.
The van’s female driver, 20, of Northfield, along with her front passenger, a woman, 30, of Croydon Park, were taken to Victor Harbor hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
Major Crash officers are investigating.
There have been no arrests.
The van is used to transport clients with disabilities.
The southern end of Ocean Rd was closed and motorists were advised to avoid the area.
