Police have charged a man, 19, with causing death by dangerous driving and leaving the scene of a crash after a young woman was killed on North East Rd.

A teen has been arrested over a hit-run crash at Hillcrest that claimed the life of a young woman.
Samia Malik, 20, was hit by a car on North East Rd at 11pm on Tuesday May 6.
Ms Malik, a beloved international student from Pakistan, died at the scene.
Earlier this week, police released images of a silver Subaru sedan and urged the driver to come forward.
After further investigations, Major Crash officers attended a Banksia Park address on Wednesday and arrested a 19-year-old man.
He was charged with causing death by dangerous driving and leaving the scene of an accident after causing death.
He was bailed to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on in July. The vehicle was located at the address and seized for forensic examination, police said.
The crash occurred on the northeast bound carriageway of North East Rd, near Forbes St, near the service station.
CCTV from the scene shows the victim with dark hair and wearing dark clothes walking into the middle of North East Rd at 10.56pm.
She knelt down between the Windsor Hotel and the Hillcrest OTR.
For about three minutes, the woman was seated in the road, standing for a brief moment, before once again sitting back down mere seconds before she was hit.
Her death is the 29th life lost on South Australian roads so far this year.
