The identity of a young man charged over a major northern suburbs drug bust this week can be revealed.
Tarelle Lewis Charles Power-Williams, 20, of Elizabeth Vale, was arrested following the raids on Wednesday and Thursday.
Detectives from the Serious and Organised Crime Branch seized 4300 ecstasy tablets, three litres of fantasy, 80g of cocaine, 200g of cannabis, two firearms and a pill press.
Mr Power-Williams appeared in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on Thursday where he did not apply for bail and was remanded in custody.
He is charged with ten counts of drug trafficking between February 25 and June 13, 2023.
Police initially indicated he would be charged with trafficking in a large commercial quantity of a controlled drug in relation to the pills – though that charge was not laid for his first court appearance.
He is also charged with possession of a firearm and theft.
The police raids earlier this week ended in three other people being arrested.
A 22-year-old man from Angle Vale has been charged with six counts of trafficking a controlled drug and possessing a prescribed firearm.
He was scheduled to appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court on Thursday but it is unclear what the outcome of the hearing was.
A 57-year-old man from Point Pearce and a 21-year-old woman from Angle Vale were also charged with drug trafficking, but were released on bail to reappear in court next Month.
A fifth person – a 19-year-old Underdale man – was reported for drug trafficking and will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
