A motorcyclist has landed on top of the roof of a car after a crash at Smithfield today.
The vehicles collision occurred at Main North Rd in Adelaide’s north at 4.30pm on Sunday.

Footage shows several members of the public helping the motorcyclist get down from the roof before paramedics arrived.
The motorcyclist was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Police are currently investigating the incident.
