According to court documents released to The Advertiser, Mr Pacino, of Gawler South, allegedly assaulted two separate individuals on January 1, 2025.

“It is further alleged that the circumstances of aggravation are that the offender used, or threatened to use, an offensive weapon to commit, or when committing the offence,” the documents allege.

The offences allegedly took place in Adelaide.

Mr Pacino is the owner of two barber shops in the northern suburbs that currently employ eight people.

It is understood Mr Pacino purchased Gawler’s Lagers and Barbers from its previous owners.

The barber shop was rebranded to Dimentico Barber Lounge, which sells clothing by Dimentico Streetwear – a clothing brand also owned by Mr Pacino.

The brand expanded to a second site in Parafield in 2024.

It is not suggested the shop or its employees are in any way connected with the alleged offending.

The 22-year-old runs his own social media accounts, including TikTok, where he previously posted a video captioned “sexiest criminal”.

Counsel for Mr Pacino requested time to begin negotiations with prosecutors.

Magistrate Patrick Hill adjourned the matter to return in June, and remanded Mr Pacino on continuing bail.
