Four members of an infamous bikie gang have been arrested after gathering together over the weekend.
Police said on Saturday, October 7, four men of an Outlaw Motorcycle Gang were allegedly together while travelling to an event – held by another OMCG – at Cherry Gardens.
The Descendents – a Virginia man, 29, a Brahma Lodge man, 39, a Burton man, 32, and a Seaton man, 51 – were arrested on Thursday.
They have been charged with criminal association and have been bailed to appear in the Christies Beach Magistrates on May 9.
Police allege the gang is one of the ten declared criminal organisations (DCO) and it is an offence for participants of a DCO to be in a public place with two or more other people who are also participants in a DCO.
The arrest comes after 13 men were arrested after an alleged Hells Angels gang gathering in the first week of January this year.
Police said on Tuesday, January 2, members of the bikie gang rode together from Cherry Gardens through the metro area, before dispersing at Pasadena.
On Friday, January 12, detectives from the Serious and Organised Crime Branch charged thirteen men with being present with two or more other participants of a criminal organisation.
The men, aged between 27 to 68, were found at 16 homes across the state.
They were all bailed to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on April 9. Police allege the men are members, prospects, or associates of Hells Angels – a declared criminal organisation under the Serious and Organised Crime (Control) Act 2008.
