A woman whose foul-mouthed and violent actions in a CBD McDonald’s outlet were caught on camera has pleaded guilty to her crimes.

On Friday, Nooria Halake faced the Adelaide Magistrates Court by video link, having been arrested for other, unrelated offending.

Through her counsel, she pleaded guilty to disorderly behaviour, damaging property and assault arising from the incident in McDonald’s in December 2022.

She also pleaded guilty to other offences, which cannot be reported for legal reasons.

Halake, 19, was charged with disorderly behaviour, property damage and aggravated assault over an incident at the fast food outlet in December last year.

Footage posted to social media shows a woman, alleged to be Ms Halake, going behind the McDonald’s counter, throwing food and verbally abusing staff.

She allegedly said “I’ll beat you up and I’ll leave” before taking drinks and food, and calls one staffer a “dumbass b***h”.

On Friday, Magistrate Michael Barnett remanded Halake in custody to face sentencing submissions in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court next month.
