A trailer-load of allegedly stolen bikes have been found at an Adelaide home, and a couple is facing gun and drug charges after a routine traffic stop turned into a bust.
Police pulled over a car on Goodwood Rd at Kings Park about 1.40am on Sunday and found the driver was allegedly disqualified from holding a licence.
The 41-year-old man from Milang was arrested and a police search allegedly turned up two 3D-printed firearms and ammunition in a bag in his possession.
Officers then attended and searched a Glandore property where they allegedly found and seized drugs, ammunition, bicycles and power tools police suspect to have been stolen.
The man was further charged with firearms offences, trafficking a controlled drug, breaching his bail, unlawful possession.
A second occupant of the premises, a 47-year-old woman, was arrested and charged with possessing ammunition without a licence, trafficking a controlled drug and unlawful possession.
They were both refused police bail and are expected to appear in court later on Monday.
