Man rearrested, charged with rape and serious assault after a further three women come forward

A man already facing charges of rape and serious assault in Morphett Vale last year has been rearrested after another three women have come forward.

A man already facing rape and serious assault charges has been arrested again after a further three women came forward.

The man, 51, from the southern suburbs, was arrested on April 19 over alleged sexual assaults of five women in November last year.

He was charged with aggravated indecent assault and rape over the alleged assaults, which occurred in Morphett Vale.

On Friday he was arrested again and charged with six counts of aggravated indecent assault and two counts of rape.

A total of eight women have come forward.

The man was refused bail to appear in the Christies Beach Magistrates Court on Monday.
