Jeep SUV partially mounts parked vehicle along Gawler’s main strip
A driver and her two children escaped with minor injuries after the car they were in somehow ended up on top of another in an awkward incident in Gawler.

Onlookers were left shocked on Thursday morning after an SUV collided with and ended up partially mounted on top of a parked vehicle along Gawler’s main strip.
Police and emergency crews were called out to Murray St just before 9am, after the black Jeep’s front passenger tyre ended up on the driver’s side windshield of the parked blue Commodore.
The driver of the Jeep, a 29-year-old woman from Evanston Gardens, together with her two children were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Both cars were towed from the scene while local police continue to investigate the collision.
Uploaded to social media, some people poked fun at the somewhat awkward scene with one poster commenting: “Can’t park there mate”.
Another said: “Chuck a bucket of water over them that should separate them”.
Murray St is notorious for driver mishaps with a number of car doors and mirrors having been hit over the years.
