Bloody kitchen knives and a single shoe were located in the Department for Education’s Para Hills office carpark after an early-morning street fight, a court has heard.

Seven men and teenagers have been charged over the fight on Thursday morning, which a court heard was linked to Adelaide youth street gang Killa Block Squad or KBS.

One man was allegedly tracked by a bloody trail that led police to a house where they found blood-soaked clothes inside a washing machine, a court heard.

On Thursday, Mayakel Gabriel, 21, of Elizabeth Vale, Koch Wawu, 19 of Campbelltown and Deng Peter Bayoch, 19 of Klemzig, appeared in the Elizabeth Magistrates court after bring arrested earlier that morning and charged with aggravated affray.

Magistrate Jayanthi Pandya was told by police prosecution three separate members of the public had made calls about the street fight at 3.30am on Warrigal St, Para Hills.

Prosecutors alleged a 19-year-old man from Valley View and 25-year-old man from Ascot Park were found in the street with stab wounds and were rushed to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

They were later arrested and charged with affray.

The court heard the four of the accused were located and arrested at the scene, including a 17-year-old boy.

Another man was arrested later at a Para Hills home and charged with affray.

Mr Bayoch is also charged with breaching bail, in relation to an allegation of carrying an offensive weapon.

Prosecution alleged two blood-covered kitchen knives were found discarded in garden beds near the Education Department carpark, where the fight allegedly took place.

The court heard a single blood-covered shoe was located at the scene, and upon following a blood trail further down Warrigal St, officer located Mr Bayoch’s home.

Police alleged Mr Bayoch was found wearing a shoe matching the one recovered at the scene, and blood-covered clothes were located inside a washing machine.

The court heard Crime Gangs Taskforce officers were investigating the incident, which is allegedly linked to youth gang KBS.

Duty solicitors for the men lodged applications for home detention bail, with Mr Gabriel and Mr Wawu submitting they were not involved in the fight.

The court heard one of the men stabbed was “friends” with Mr Gabriel, and Mr Wawu told the court he had been “running for fear to his safety”.

But Her Honour remarked she was “concerned” for the protection of the community due the seriousness of the allegations.

Ms Pandya refused bail and remanded them in custody until April this year, but remarked the investigation was still fresh, and applications could be made when new information came to light.

A fourth man, Mohamed Monyah, 19 of Paralowie, also charged with affray over the fight, made no application for bail.

The 17-year-old boy arrested at the scene appeared in the Adelaide Youth Court separately.
