The Advertiser/7NEWS Adelaide: Wingfield industrial accident, Port Lincoln fire

Five alleged motorcycle gang members have been arrested for criminal association after they were allegedly caught in the same liquor store together just days before Christmas.

SA Police will allege the men are participants in the Bandidos Motorcycle Club, which is one of ten declared criminal organisations in the state.

It is illegal for more than two participants of a declared criminal organisation to be in a public place together.

Police allege the five were together in an Adelaide CBD liquor store on December 22, 2023.

A 28-year-old Seaford man, 33-year-old Wynn Vale man and two 23-year-olds from Murray Bridge were all arrested on February 28, and another 34-year-old Aldinga Beach man arrested earlier today.

All five were charged with criminal association and were granted police bail to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court in June.

Detective Chief Inspector David Huddy, Officer in Charge of Crime Gangs Task Force said police will continue to take action against members of Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs to disrupt criminal enterprises.
