Chilling footage shows hooded man stalking mother and child in Clearview

A disturbing video has emerged showing a hooded man lunging at a woman as she pushed her young child on a tricycle north of Adelaide.

SA Police have released vision of a suspect allegedly involved in an assault at Clearview on Sunday and are seeking help to identify him. SAPOL.

A disturbing video has emerged showing a hooded man lunging at a woman as she pushed her young child on a tricycle along Clearview Crescent just after 6pm on Sunday.

In chilling CCTV footage, the man is seen stalking the pair for 20 minutes before lunging at the woman as she stepped onto the road at the intersection of Clearview Crescent and Swindon Street.

She struggled but managed to break free, and the man fled the scene on foot.

The suspect was last seen running down Clearview Crescent towards St Albans Place. He was described as wearing a green hoodie and pyjama pants.

The attack happened just 100 metres from a children’s playground.

SA Police have released vision of a suspect allegedly involved in an assault at Clearview.

Western District police attended and searched the area but was unable to locate the suspect.

Investigators have released CCTV of the suspect in a bid to identify him.
