A 34-year-old man police allege is a Comanchero gang member has been charged with firearms and drug offences.
Crime Gangs Task Force and STAR Operations officers went to an address in Plympton Park on Thursday, February 15, where they allege a man threw a bag containing a loaded firearm onto a neighbouring roof.
Police searched the home and found a trafficable quantity of methamphetamine, $20,000 in cash and numerous fake driver’s licences.
The Middleton man was arrested for possessing a firearm without a licence, traffic in a controlled drug and has been refused bail.
He will appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on Monday February 19.
