HERE’S your one-stop list of cafes, restaurants, markets and bars that will be opening their doors over the Australia Day long weekend. We’ve included special events across the whole weekend - with both The Gilbert and The West Oak holding a massive Hottest 100 on a very hot Saturday.

Crush Festival
Despite the hot weather, the 2018 Crush Festival will go ahead as planned this Australia Day long weekend. However, individual wineries may make the decision to modify, cancel or postpone their events, so check with the venue you plan to visit and check for fire warnings. At this stage, the following venues have cancelled their Crush Festival offering: Longview – event cancelled (cellar door still open); Lobethal Road - event cancelled (cellar door closed Saturday and Sunday); Pike & Joyce – event on Friday only (cellar door closed Saturday and Sunday); Anderson Hill – event on Friday only (cellar door closed Saturday and Sunday); Scott & La Prova / Somerled – event cancelled (cellar doors open); Tomich Wines (vineyard closed).
