Adelaide small bar sensation Pink Moon Saloon has picked up another major award — this time on the international stage.

The Leigh St hotspot was recognised at this week’s Restaurant & Bar Design Awards in London, taking home the ‘International category: Australia and Pacific Bar’ gong, outpointing five other acclaimed venues from around Australia.

Recently named Bar of the Year by Gourmet Traveller, Pink Moon Saloon has also been short-listed — along with the East End’s BRKLYN and Mr Goodbar — for accolades in this year’s Australia and New Zealand Eat Drink Design Awards.

Pink Moon’s Josh Baker, Crispian Fielke, Dana Whyte along with Sans Arc Studio’s Matiya Marivic were in London to accept the award.

“We’re thrilled to be taking home this award. It’s great to be shining the light on our hometown Adelaide, and show that SA is not only leading the way internationally with food & wine — but also with design,” Josh says.
