North Adelaide pumped about Muscle Bar
MUSCLE Bar cafe has opened next to North Adelaide’s F45 health club and it offers another great way to get into shape.
IT’S all muscles on deck to get North Adelaide’s latest food offering up and running.
The new health cafe, Muscle Bar, is due to open early next month with a menu focusing on fresh and healthy options for fitness-minded people.
Owner Bodie Milsom, who runs F45 health clubs at Paradise, Magill, Burnside and North Adelaide, says he’s excited to offer a unique cafe experience where the service doesn’t stop at food.
“I have been working really hard to create a family-friendly environment in the associated F45s and now Muscle Bar so people can train and eat healthy to improve their lives,” Bodie, 38, says.
The Melbourne St cafe will not only offer wholesome grub such as salads, wraps and raw treats, but provide meal plans, body scans and supplements for those wanting to take their healthy lifestyle to the next level.
“I don’t know of any other health cafes offering these services, which are very important for those who are serious about getting results,” Bodie says.
“We’re also looking to host a resident nutritionist once a week and have seminars where people can come and learn about the different training and nutrition we offer.”
Those who aren’t interested in training or meal plans can still visit the cafe and enjoy breakfast and lunch options.
“We’re catering for everyone – people who want to put on size through muscle growth, people who want to lean down by losing body fat and people who just want to focus on clean, healthy eating.”
