Wild footage has captured the moment two men began fighting each other with ladders in the middle of a London street after one man tore down a Palestinian flag.

In the video, which was shared by ‘London & UK Street News’ on X, a man is seen using two ladders and a metal box to climb up and remove a Palestinian flag from a lamppost, as a member of the public secretly films from a nearby apartment.

“I can’t believe this random dude is trying to get the flag off,” a woman is heard saying as she records the video.

However, just moments after the man, who is wearing a beanie with the England flag on it, yanks the flag off the pole, a driver passing by stops, gets out of his car and kicks the metal box from underneath the man.

After falling to his feet, the man with the beanie lashes out, throwing his ladder towards the driver.

The driver then attempts to kick the ladder, eventually grasping a hold of it as the man with the beanie retreats to grab a second ladder.

A brawl quickly breaks out as the two men begin aggressively swing the ladders at each other in the middle of the street.

The altercation eventually ended when a third person passing by grabbed the ladder from the man in beanie, who then appears to flee the scene.
