SAIA Faingaa's fiance puts it best, "To date a Faingaa twin - both have to approve".
Thankfully, Alicia Antico is no Yoko Ono.
The stunning advertising manager has to be pretty special to steal the Wallaby star's attention away from Anthony, the identical twin he is inseparable from.
The Queensland Reds veterans live together, share the same Twitter and Facebook pages and are rarely seen without the other.
Anthony even braids Saia's dreadlocks.
Older than Anthony by just five minutes, Saia admits friends questioned if he would get married because of the incredible bond he shares with his twin.
When Saia moves in with Alicia next week it will mark the first time the twins have not lived together.
"People say we are still joined at the umbilical cord and I guess it is getting cut this week because we are moving in to different houses," Faingaa said.
"For the last 27 years I have had Anthony there but now I have another best friend and another soulmate.
"This is quite exciting. It is a new journey in my life and to have a person as amazing as Alicia in my life - I'm a very lucky man.
"I did the proposal in Byron Bay and it was very traditional because I'm a big believer in that."
Part of that tradition was after asking Antico's father for approval.
Antico said she needed Anthony's approval.
"I have never met any brothers closer than they are and so I needed the OK from Anthony first," Antico said.
The Fainga'a twins are the closest sporting brothers since legendary England cricketing twins Alec and Eric Bedser.
The Surrey stars even deliberately dressed the same and when Alec became an England tourist, he only did so on the condition Eric travelled with him as his room mate.
The Faingaa's are more practical than that and Saia said his looming marriage would ultimately change little.
"I play every game like it is my last. I have always played for my family all and now Alicia is part of that family," he said.
