LLOYD Perrett sent a scare through the Sea Eagles camp when he collapsed not once but twice during pre-season training.
The Daily Telegraph has learnt the prop lost consciousness before Christmas and again when the Sea Eagles returned for pre-season training in the new year, stunning teammates.
Sea Eagles medical staff reacted quickly to ensure Perrett’s safety by placing him immediately on an oxygen mask.
The Sea Eagles confirmed the 23-year-old had suffered heat exhaustion.
There are no fears for his long-term future with Perrett pushing to play in Manly’s round one match against Newcastle after being cleared to return to full-time training.
WHAT’S THE BUZZ: Saint, sinner, shoosh
