Sydney Roosters chairman Nick Politis braved the freezing conditions in Warrington on Friday night to watch his $10 million mate Sonny Bill Williams turn out for Toronto Wolfpack.
The Sunday Telegraph was there when the pair embraced in the tunnel after the game, won 32-22 by the home team.
SBW also caught up with his 2013 premiership winning coach Trent Robinson.

“It’s really special to have Nick and Robbo here,” SBW said. “2013 was such a special year for us. My connection with Nick is more than just footy.”
Sonny Bill also chatted briefly with NRL CEO Todd Greenberg who was CEO at the time the champion forward walked out on the game.

The superstar forward is aware of talk that Barry Hall has joined the queue to challenge him for a fight.
“I’m not sure bro,” he said. “I’m not fussed. I’m concentrating on Toronto. Trying to progress with the team.
“It doesn’t faze me whatsoever. I’m a big boy and I know the games they are playing.”
