NRL SuperCoach Sunday wrap round 4: Late chaos as Tom Trbojevic, Adam Doueihi injured

Prepare to hit that trade button following injuries to Tom Trbojevic and Adam Doueihi, while popular cheapie Isaiah Iongi is also on the chopping block.

Further injury concern for Tom Trbojevic

Well, that was one chaotic afternoon for SuperCoaches.

Prepare to hit that trade button - and maybe even the Boost button - following injuries to Tom Trbojevic and Adam Doueihi, while popular cheapie Isaiah Iongi is also on the chopping block.

Read on for Tom Sangster’s Sunday wrap.

SUPERCOACH LOSERS

* Tom Trbojevic (23) – Set to miss 4-5 weeks due a knee injury and will therefore be the most sold player come end of lockout. After an early try assist and try contribution, he took just three runs for the match.

* Isaiah Iongi (29) – The price rises have come to an end for one of the most-owned cheapies in SuperCoach. He’ll be a popular sell, especially with Tom Jenkins ripe for the picking.

* Adam Doueihi (DNP) - Huge blow for almost 30,000 SuperCoaches with Doueihi injuring his groin in warm-up and failing to take the field. Another popular sell.

* Samuala Fainu (26) - Forced from the field in the first half with a knee injury.

* Jarome Luai (20) - Showed why he has been one of the most traded out players over the last two weeks. While he’s making the Tigers look good in attack, he’s not running the ball and was also placed on report for a high shot.

SUPERCOACH WINNERS

* Terrell May (97) - Yet another incredible performance in pure base, and it could have been a whole lot better if not for a dropped ball over the line. Should update to over the ton.

* Alex Seyfarth (84) - After a slow start, Seyfarth now has back-to-back scores of 73 and 84 and has set up some massive rises. Well done to those who showed faith.

* Starford To’a (63) - The cheapie that got away. To’a didn’t feature on the most-purchased list this week but he just made a tidy $60,000 profit with plenty more to come.

* Luke Metcalf (55) - Plenty of SuperCoaches were looking to sell next week due to the bye, but he did enough to keep his spot in Sangster’s Paradise, including the match-winning penalty goal and a try.

* Lehi Hopoate (87) – Scored a try on the wing in the first half, then made the most of his switch to fullback with a classy try assist. Is he now a POD option following the injury to Turbo?

* Haumole Olakau’atu (62) and Reuben Garrick (64) – Par for the course with both SuperCoach studs hitting around their averages.
