Late mail: Lachlan Maranta has been parachuted into the squad for his first NRL game in almost three years. The former Brisbane Broncos and Queensland Reds outside back will replace Zac Lomax (broken thumb) at right centre. St George Illawarra were granted an NRL exemption to bring Maranta into the team following the injury to Lomax. Maranta hasn’t played NRL since August 4, 2016. He spent two years playing Super Rugby with the Queensland Reds before joining the Dragons this season. Korbin Sims starts at prop, Jeremy Latimore drops off the bench, Luciano Leilua joins the bench.
