STORM V TIGERS

Thursday 16 May, AAMI Park, 7.50pm

Storm: Curtis Scott (foot) is out for up to 12 weeks. Marion Seve is a ready-made replacement. Jahrome Hughes (concussion) won’t play due to a tight turnaround, with weekend revelation Ryan Papenhuyzen to play fullback.

Scott Drinkwater will not be a surprise inclusion, with the young fullback yet to have returned to contact training after suffering a pectoral injury. Despite whispers suggesting Drinkwater, the pre-season favourite for that Storm No.1 jersey, could make an early comeback against Wests Tigers, a club spokesman said the 21-year-old was not yet even involved in Storm contact sessions. All of which means the Central Coast product is at least a fortnight away from any NRL return.

PANTHERS V WARRIORS

Friday 17 May, Panthers Stadium, 6pm

Panthers: Waqa Blake (disciplinary) returns at centre for Tyrell Fuimaono. Young forward Liam Martin (suspension) is also available after missing last week, while Hame Sele (back) and Malakai Watene-Zelezniak (ribs) are aiming for returns.

Warriors: Expect Adam Blair (suspension) to replace on Ligi Sao on the bench.

BRONCOS V ROOSTERS

Friday 17 May, Suncorp Stadium, 7.55pm

Broncos: James Roberts remains on the outer at the Broncos despite the season-ending injury to Jack Bird. Roberts trained on the opposition team today at Red Hill with Gehamat Shibasaki at right centre and Jamayne Isaako restored to the wing outside Shibasaki.

Recruit James Segeyaro trained for the first time with his fourth NRL club, but Jake Turpin spent most time training in the dummy-half role in which he did well against Manly. Brisbane five-eighth Anthony Milford did not train due to illness.

Roosters: Remarkably, the Roosters are set to name an unchanged side despite three injuries in Magic Round. Latrell Mitchell (groin) was able to return despite looking gone for all money when he came from the field. Daniel Tupou (neck) was taken to hospital as a precaution but later cleared of serious injury. Boyd Cordner (concussion) must pass standard protocol. Jared Waerea-Hargreaves is free to play if he takes the early guilty plea to a dangerous contact charge.

TITANS V BULLDOGS

Saturday 18 May, Cbus Super Stadium, 3pm

Titans: Tyrone Roberts (concussion) is set to return in the halves with Alexander Brimson to drop to the bench. Shannon Boyd (concussion) is racing the clock but will be named.

Bulldogs: No injury concerns out of Saturday’s loss to the Knights. But coach Dean Pay has pulled mass changes twice already this season, so who knows what he’s thinking this week? Corey Harawira-Naera missed Round 9 due to a family illness and so his availability is up in the air.

COWBOYS V EELS

Saturday 18 May, 1300SMILES Stadium, 5.30pm

Cowboys: Coach Paul Green took the conservative route with Enari Tuala (quad) over the weekend, with the young centre a late withdrawal. His injury is not serious and expect him to push for selection in place of Tom Opacic. Josh McGuire (calf) is also hopeful of returning.

Eels: Maika Sivo has taken early guilty plea and will miss one week. George Jennings is the likely replacement. Expect the Clint Gutherson hooker experiment to be terminated immediately following Parramatta’s dire performance against the Storm, with Reed Mahoney to return to the starting side.

RAIDERS V RABBITOHS

Saturday 18 May, GIO Stadium, 7.35pm

Raiders: Jordan Rapana (knee) suffered a suspected PCL injury on Sunday and could miss 6-8 weeks. Canberra’s backline stocks were already short with Joey Leulia (neck) ruled out for the season earlier in the week. Young gun Bailey Simonsson is the likely replacement for Rapana.

Rabbitohs: No injury concerns out of the win over the Cowboys and expected to be unchanged.

DRAGONS V KNIGHTS

Sunday 19 May, Glen Willow Oval, 2pm

Dragons: No changes at this stage pending Jack De Belin’s court ruling, which is expected to be delivered this week.

Knights: Newcastle say Edrick Lee and Connor Watson will be named and are chances to play despite both suffering foot injuries over the weekend. Tautau Moga is the leading contender to replace Lee. Mason Lino would replace Watson.

SHARKS V SEA EAGLES

Sunday 19 May, PointsBet Stadium, 4.05pm

Sharks: Matt Prior (shoulder) and Andrew Fifita (hamstring) failed to finish. But both have been cleared of serious injury and are expected to be named. Matt Moylan (hamstring) is set to return. Josh Dugan is expected to revert to the wing with Aaron Gray or Sosaia Feki to drop out.

Sea Eagles: Dylan Walker is free to return after being cleared of domestic violence charges in court. He is expected to replace Moses Suli (finger, round 13-15) at right centre. Jorge Taufua (calf) returns after missing the last two weeks, with Abbas Miski to drop out. Toafofoa Sipley (knee) has been ruled out for the season but the Sea Eagles hope Addin Fonua-Blake (knee) will return in his place. Lachlan Croker (hamstring) is getting close to a return which would see Curtis Sironen return to the forwards. Tom Trbojevic (hamstring) and Daly Cherry-Evans (ankle) will miss at least another week.
