Manly’s Gordon Chan Kum Tong has been involved in a sideline confrontation with two Warriors fans on Friday night.
The Manly hooker was in the stands at Go Media Stadium in Auckland when he was seen confronting the Warriors fans, who were believed to be heckling Sea Eagles veteran Jake Trbojevic as he left the field after being sin binned in Friday night’s clash.
In a video circulating on social media, one of the Warriors fans can be seen cheering as he walks past a group of Manly players and officials.
Chan Kum Tong then approaches the fan and grabs him by the jersey before the second Warriors supporter intervenes to separate the two.
The NRL is investigating the incident. “The NRL is aware of the video shared on social media and is making enquiries,” an NRL spokesperson said on Saturday morning
