8.13pm - Cowboys pick up 100th win at Townsville

IT was milestones aplenty as the Cowboys picked up their 100th win at Townsville with a 24-4 result against the Sharks.

Johnathan Thurston wrapped up the victory with his 500th NRL goal - a curling effort from the sideline - in a match that also marked Ash Graham's 200th game for the Cowboys.

8.05pm - Cowboys pounce on Wright's error

JOHNATHAN Thurston grabs the loose ball as Matty Wright drops it close to his own line and the Cowboys halfback throws it inside to Antonio Winterstein to ensure the victory.

Thurston adds another two points to put the lead out to 18-4.

8.02pm - Thurston puts Cowboys eight in front

JOHNATHAN Thurston has slotted a difficult penalty kick from 25m out but on a tight angle to crucially put the Cowboys more than a converted try in front with a little over eight minutes to go.

North Queensland lead the Sharks 12-4.

7.37pm - Cooper forces his way over

GAVIN Cooper charges over from a simple pass out of dummy-half from Ray Thompson close to the line.

Johnathan Thurston adds the extras to make it 10-4 to the Cowboys with 46 minutes gone.

7.16pm - Cowboys-Sharks all square at halftime

IT'S 4-all at the break in a low-scoring affair in Townsville.

The try-scorers were Kane Linnett for the Cowboys and Luke Lewis for the Sharks.

7.03pm - Lewis slams it down

LUKE Lewis steams onto a Todd Carney pass and slams the ball down.

Refs want to check the grounding but there's no problem at all.

Carney misses the conversion and it's 4-4 after 27 minutes.

6.41pm - Linnett opens scoring for Cowboys

NORTH Queensland have taken a 4-nil lead against the Sharks courtesy of a Kane Linnett try.

Linnett burrowed over from short range following a brilliant Tariq Sims offload.

5.31pm - Star trio out for Sharks, Cowboys unchanged

PAUL Gallen, Beau Ryan and Michael Gordon are out for the Sharks.

Ben Ross, Nathan Stapleton and Matthew Wright come into the side.

The Cowboys are 1-17, with Brent Tate, Johnathan Thurston and Matt Scott to back up from Origin.

3.51pm - Parker penalty miss hands victory to Warriors

COREY Parker missed a penalty goal on the buzzer to hand the Warriors a thrilling 18-16 victory over Brisbane at Mt Smart Stadium.

The Broncos dominated the second half, but only manged to notch one try in the final stanza - through Josh Hoffman in the 46th minute.

The brave Warriors took the lead against the run of play in the 71st minute courtesy of a length of the field intercept try to Konrad Hurrell.

The Warriors then hung on in a thrilling final nine minutes, culminating in Parker's penalty miss from 45 metres out, right in front, that would have sent the game to golden point.

3.59pm - Knights notch huge win over Titans

THE Knights scored a dominant 46-16 win over the Titans, who lost Jamal Idris (ankle) for as long as four months.

James McManus scored four tries, while Tyrone Roberts kicked seven from nine in the Hunter Stadium drubbing.

The Knights clocked off late, letting in three late consolation tries to Kevin Gordon (68th minute), Greg Bird (73rd minute) and David Mead (80th minute).

3.23pm - Vatuvei limps off as Broncos take lead

MANU Vatuvei has left the field with a leg injury.

In a great tussle, the Broncos have taken thelead 16-12 courtesy of a Josh Hoffman try.

With 23 minutes remaining, we are set for a thriller.

3.21pm - McManus notches four

THE Knights now lead 42-nil with 30 minutes to go against the Titans.

James McManus scored the most recent try - his fourth - using the muddy surface to slide over in the corner.

3.18pm - Idris faces four months out

AN early diagnosis is in for Jamal Idris - ankle syndesmosis, four months.

He is on his way to hospital now.

2.53 - Warriors lead Broncos 12-10 at half time

THE Warriors and Titans are caught in a titanic struggle at Mt Smart Stadium, locked at 12-10 at half time. 

When Peter Wallace scored for Brisbane in the 32nd minute, the Broncos looked to have the accendency.

But the Warriors notched an important try just before half time, with Elijah Taylor showing beautiful hands to collect a bat-back in the 38th minute.

Looks like we're in for a tight one, unlike the other match!

2.35pm - Knights putting on a cricket score

THE Knights are putting on a wet weather exhibition against the Titans. 

The Ashes have come early at Hunter Stadium, with the Knights up 34-nil at half time.

The most recent tries went to James McManus (19th, 23rd and 29th minute) and Joey Leilua (26th minute).

McManus's second was an eight point try due to Albert Kelly coming in with the knees.

It was awarded just moments after Darius Boyd scored a penalty try. Don't see that every day.

2.28pm - Broncos hit back to 6-4

BRISBANE have arrested the momentum off the Warriors, hitting back to 6-4 courtesy of a Lachlan Maranta try.

Scott Prince was credited with the try assist.

2.25pm - Boyd awarded rare penalty try

NEWCASTLE have kicked clear 12-nil following a rare penalty try to Darius Boyd.

Gold Coast winger Anthony Don was deemed to have held the Queensland Origin star back.

2.20pm - Mateo magic sets up Vatuvei

A MAGNIFICENT Feleti Mateo flick pass provided first points for the Warriors, sending Manu Vatuvei over in the corner.

The try came off sustained pressure by the Warriors, who had three sets in a row at the Brisbane line.

2.19pm - Knights take 6-nil lead over Titans

THE Knights notched first points in the 10th minute from what is fast becoming one of THE moves of the NRL - the Tyrone Roberts show and go.

SUPERCOACH ALERT: JAMAL Idris limped off with an ankle injury in the 4th and is unlikely to return.

NATE Myles won't back-up from Origin against the Knights due to "wear and tear".

Greg Bird will back up, starting in the back row for Dave Taylor (sternum).
